It was written by Irish Roman Catholic composer and liturgical musician, Bernard Sexton.
It is set to an unnamed tune, also by Sexton. This has a 6/8 time signature. In the key of F, the first few notes of the melody are C C C D F F FGA G_ G_ with accompanying chords F / Dm / Gm.
The only known source of sheet music is the Grow in Love teacher's manual.
