It was composed by New Zealand born Roman Catholic liturgical musician, organist, composer and scripture-scholar Margaret Daly.

These are both out of print, and no in-print sources of this particular setting have been found. However 2nd-hand copies of Alleluia! Amen are often available on Amazon.
The tune has a cut time signature. In the key of F, the first few notes of the melody are CC A GF FF F c_ dd with accompanying chords F / Bb9 / Bb
