The song was written by South African born lay Franciscan troubadour, Sebastian Temple (1928-1997).
It was included on on his recording Sing! People Of God, Sing! which was released under the Franciscan Communications Center label in 1971. But unlike many other songs by Temple, it does not appear to have been published since, and no official sources of sheet music have been found.
The transcription below is based on versions of the
tune used in the early/mid 21st century in Ireland: videos on YouTube show a slight timing difference in the version used in some parts of Asia.

This is one my favourite communion songs, i always feel extremely happy when the choir sings this song
